Many thanks to Masked Beauty, I received their Purifying Charcoal & Diamond and Exfoliating Coffee & Chocolate facial masks in the mail for trial and review.
Masked Beauty Purifying Charcoal & Diamond Facial Mask
“A mineral clay mask formulated to purify the skin for a brightened appearance. With charcoal known for its ability to help draw out impurities and diamond powder to help skin find its balance.”
This grey face mask has a sweet floral scent and a light, smooth consistency. It both brightens and refines your skin in as little as 5-10 minutes (though I like to keep it on longer). I definitely consider it a ‘miracle product’ and love to use it in the morning before putting on my makeup so my skin looks radiant and flawless.
Masked Beauty Exfoliating Coffee & Chocolate Facial Mask
“This textured mask is blended with coffee beans for gentle exfoliation and real caffeine to help tone skin. A subtle dark chocolate scent provides an extra treat.”
I want to eat this one! The chocolate smells amazing. It is a much thicker mask, brown in color, that tones and smooths the skin. I use this one at night (twice weekly), as it can sometimes be easy to over-exfoliate with a larger grain size, leaving your skin red and sore. But it is great stuff, keeping my skin smooth and healthy looking.
Daylogic Silicone Facial Mask Brush
“This angled silicone brush fits to the contours of your face, allowing you to paint on your favorite facial mask. The result? An even application, with little waste!”
I consider it a small spatula, not a brush, but it really comes in handy and can be found at Rite Aid drugstores nationwide.
The face masks are available for $7.99 at Albertsons, Safeway, Hy-Vee, Meijer, Marc’s, Kinney Drugs and Weis.
Have you tried any of the Masked Beauty products yet? What do you think?
